We conducted a deep-dive audit of the brand’s digital shelf, identifying over 100 specific friction points where the Amazon presence failed to match the aspirational quality of the brand’s D2C identity. We delivered a "Trust Architecture" strategy, recommending specific UX improvements and visual harmonizations—such as unifying packaging themes and correcting ingredient inaccuracies—to elevate the customer journey from a transactional listing to a curated brand experience.
SEO & Seasonal Scalability Framework
