We executed a holistic brand overhaul to resolve a critical identity disconnect. By synthesizing the parental desire for academic prestige (Trinity College certification) with the Gen-Z student demand for a modern, social lifestyle aesthetic, we transformed a dated institution into "Virtuoso." This premium, minimalist visual identity elevated the perceived value of the service, effectively bridging the gap between academic rigor and modern consumer trends.
Revenue Engineering & Pipeline Development
To reverse financial losses, we deployed a multi-channel acquisition strategy integrating offline events, affiliate partnerships, and digital performance marketing. Crucially, we restructured the commercial offering by introducing "bundled" course packages (Theory + Practical) to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and secure upfront cash flow.
